Returns & exchanges
Everything is pressed by hand after you order, so there's a short wait before it moves.
Every garment is printed to order in our studio. Allow 3–5 business days for pressing, then 2–7 days in transit depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number the moment it leaves us.
Free on US orders over $75. Below that it's a flat $6 tracked. International rates are calculated at checkout — we ship most places.
Yes, if it hasn't been pressed yet. Email hello@vidabymenek.com with your order number as soon as you can and we'll catch it.
Wrong size is not your fault. We'd rather you wear it than shelve it.
30 days from delivery, unworn and with tags on. Email us and we'll send a prepaid label — returns are free within the US.
Yes. Tell us the size you want when you email and we'll reserve it while your return is in transit, so you don't lose it to someone else.
Send us a photo and we'll press a replacement the same day. You keep the original — no return needed. Hand-printing means the occasional flaw is on us, not you.
Standard unisex fit on Greenhouse Brand blanks — relaxed, easy, true to size.
No — they're a standard fit, true to size. The hoodie is a cotton-poly fleece that shrinks around 6% in the first wash, so between two sizes, go with the larger. The tee is 100% combed cotton and holds its shape.
Greenhouse Brand blanks. The hoodie is a 280 GSM fleece, 60% cotton / 40% polyester, with a kangaroo pocket. The tee is a 4.3 oz, 100% combed cotton crewneck. Both unisex.
There's a full chart on every product page, measured on the garment laid flat rather than on a body — that's the number you actually need when deciding between two sizes.
The print will outlive the garment if you treat it right.
Inside out, cold, gentle cycle. Hang to dry if you can — a hot dryer is the one thing that shortens a transfer print's life.
Iron inside out, and never directly on the print. No dry cleaning, no bleach.
Printed colours can change with wear and washing. Wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach and direct heat on the artwork, and hang to dry to help preserve the print.
Where the designs come from, and what you're actually buying.
The artist behind every piece in Vida. The Drop 01 designs are twelve originals from his archive — editions of the paintings that began in a book he made about living in more colour. Every one hides the word VIDA.
The blanks are. We buy a small run of each garment and press to order until they're gone — when a size sells out, it's out until the next buy.
Sometimes. There are 600+ originals in the archive and only twelve in Drop 01. Email us the one you want and we'll tell you if it prints well at chest size.
Everything Stripe supports — all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. We never see or store your card details.
If it hasn't been pressed, yes, in full. Once it's printed it becomes a return instead — same 30-day window, still free.
